set-your-own-schedule

Busy schedule? No problem! No matter what your fitness level, we can help you find the motivation to fit physical activities into your busy schedule. We'll help you stay on track and push your limits. Our coaches understand how challenging it can be to balance a training program with other life commitments. With a set-your-own-schedule training program format, you decide what day and time you perform your workouts for the week. You will have direct contact your coach for any questions, concerns, or comments regarding your training and preparation. We believe that training programs should be well varied. We work with you to fit in all of the activities you enjoy into your program so that you can benefit from the physical and mental benefits of a well-rounded training and fitness regime. A supervised strength and conditioning program can also be included for Bow Valley local clients, even if you do not have access to a gym or equipment.

What's Included

  •  Initial Consult define your goals & personalize your training schedule
  • Training Program delivered by your coach each week
  • Weekly Check-Ins speak directly with your coach to discuss any questions or concerns you may have and to ensure you remain on track
  •     Your coach will also be available via email outside of these weekly check-ins and will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Optional:

  • Fitness Assessment specific testing allows for a more accurate assessment of your fitness and ensures your training program is tailored precisely to you
  • Strength Training Program can be performed in a gym, or using equipment you have at home

daily structured program

Designed to prepare you for the physical and mental challenges of your chosen event. Participating in an endurance or multi-stage event is a great way to challenge yourself, meet new people, and see new places. However, jumping into these events without the proper preparation can lead to injury and make the event more difficult than it needs to be. Let us help you prepare yourself for the challenges you will face in your event so that you can enjoy a positive experience and arrive at the start line feeling confident.
Whatever your fitness or competition goals, we are committed to helping you achieve your personal success. Individualized training programs and mentoring will prepare you physically and mentally for the challenges you will face during your event. Long distance and multi-stage events require specific training to be physically and mentally ready to take on each day. Our experience in these types of events allows us to provide you with the necessary tools you will need to make the most of your experience, whether you aim to complete the event, or have your eye on the top step of the podium.

the complete package

One step up from the Daily Structured Program! An all-inclusive package with a monthly structured program to target your individual goals plus two one-on-one coaching sessions.

What's Included

  • Initial Consult define your goals & personalize your training schedule
  • Training Program delivered by your coach each week; set schedules maximize your training outcomes
  • 2 one-on-one coaching sessions per month
  • Weekly Check-Ins speak directly with your coach to discuss any questions or concerns you may have and to ensure you remain on track
  • Your coach will also be available via email outside of these weekly check-ins and will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Optional:
